When will I receive my items?

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your items to be crafted & shipped.

What is your return policy?

I do not accept returns; however, I do accept replacements if the package was damaged in transit. 

What if my package was deemed lost in transit?

I understand that this possibility affects both parties: the artist and the buyer. To compromise, I am more than happy to send a new package. However, I ask for paid postage in return! 

Do you accept custom requests?

Yes! I'd love to create a custom charm for you and your furry friend. Please email me or click the contact tab with your request. Original characters or real life furry friends only!

What if I just ordered stickers?

Please allow up to 1 week for your stickers to be shipped. As of this moment, the postage will be tracked; however, I definitely plan on making shipping free (though this option will be untracked).
